This Privacy Policy explains how ГРИЙН ЛАЙН МАРИН ЕООД (GREEN LINE MARINE Ltd), UIC 206600986, registered at ul. Ivan Vazov 36, fl. 2, Odesos, Varna 9000, Bulgaria ("we"), the controller of your personal data, handles information when you use SmartPedigrees.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, and authentication details. Workspace content: pedigrees, cat records, designs, client folders, and documents you upload for AI extraction. Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store your subscription status and a customer reference, not full card numbers. Usage data: logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, process AI extractions, manage billing, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases under the GDPR include performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests, your consent (where applicable), and legal compliance.
3. Processors we share with
We share data with service providers strictly to run the Service, including Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional email), our hosting and database providers, and the AI model provider used for pedigree extraction. These act as processors under appropriate agreements.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If your subscription ends and is not renewed, we retain your workspace for 90 days so you can resubscribe and restore it; after that your account and its data are permanently deleted, unless a longer retention is required by law (for example accounting records).
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email latomixcontact@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or your local supervisory authority.
6. Security and transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
